Is the membership fee negotiable?
Our membership fee is fixed to ensure that all members are fairly and equally treated. As a policy, we never overcharge or undercharge anyone.
Is GST mandatory?
Yes, we levy 18% GST on all our tax invoices.
How can I make the payment?
We use Razorpay as our payment gateway partner to enable various online payment options, including UPI / Wallet Pay, Net Banking, Debit / Credit Card payments, etc.
Note that we do not accept Cash or Cheque as a mode of payment.
Can I pause the membership?
No you cannot.
Can I transfer my membership to a friend?
Our membership is non-transferable.
I wish to cancel my membership. Can I get a refund?
We do not offer any refund for any reason whatsoever.
Are there any rules that I need to follow?

Can I attend lectures/zoom calls at TRS?
You can attend lectures and calls if you are not required to speak as talking/whispering is strictly not allowed, we request that you step out of our premises if you wish to attend calls.
Am I allowed to leave books and belongings?
If you have a monthly membership, we will allocate you a folder where you may leave your books behind at your own discretion. We will not take responsibility for any loss or theft. Please DO NOT leave anything else behind, including valuables, electronic devices, pieces of clothing, etc. We have the right to dispose of or put all leftover things in a lost and found box
